Limpias - Spiritual Cleansing & Grounding
A Limpia is a traditional healing practice used to create space for cleansing, grounding, reflection, and renewal.
For generations, Limpias have been part of Mexican and Latin American healing traditions. They can offer a meaningful way to pause, reconnect with yourself, and tend to the parts of you that may feel tired, heavy, or overwhelmed.
Your Limpia may include traditional practices such as Florida water made with plants and flowers, smoke cleansing, prayers, music, or other sacred elements. You are also welcome to bring a personal item that holds meaning for you.
Each session begins with a conversation about what you’re experiencing and what you hope to receive from the practice. I’ll explain what to expect so you can make choices that feel comfortable for you.
A Limpia can sometimes bring up strong feelings, memories, or reflections. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace. You do not have to share anything you are not ready to share.
My intention is not to tell you what your experience means, but to create a supportive space where you can listen to yourself, reconnect with your own wisdom, and honor what you may be ready to release.
You don’t have to arrive with a clear answer. You can simply come as you are.
Limpias - Limpieza Espiritual y Conexión con La Tierra
Una Limpia es una práctica tradicional de sanación que nos invita a limpiar, enraizarnos, reflexionar y comenzar de nuevo.
Por generaciones, las Limpias han formado parte de las tradiciones de sanación de México y de otros lugares de América Latina. Pueden ser una manera significativa de hacer una pausa, reconectar contigo y atender aquellas partes de ti que pueden sentirse cansadas, cargadas o abrumadas.
Tu Limpia puede incluir prácticas tradicionales como Agua Florida preparada con plantas y flores, sahumado, oraciones, música, u otros elementos sagrados. También puedes traer un objeto personal que tenga un significado especial para ti.
Cada sesión comienza con una conversación sobre lo que estás viviendo y lo que esperas recibir de esta práctica. Te explicaré qué puedes esperar para que puedas tomar decisiones que te hagan sentir cómoda.
Una Limpia puede despertar emociones intensas, recuerdos o reflexiones. Te invito a vivir el proceso a tu propio ritmo. No tienes que compartir nada para lo que todavía no estés lista.
Mi intención no es decirte qué significa tu experiencia, sino crear un espacio de apoyo donde puedas escucharte, reconectar con tu propia sabiduría y honrar aquello que quizá estés lista para soltar.
No tienes que llegar con todas las respuestas. Puedes simplemente llegar tal como eres.

The intention behind each Limpia session is to help you reconnect with your spirit, release feelings of heaviness and anxiety, and restore harmony and balance to your body, mind, and spirit. Through this process, you will be gently guided to release what no longer serves you, allowing for a renewed sense of peace and clarity.
Space Healing Limpias

Just like we cleanse ourselves with a Limpia, it’s also important to clear the energies in our spaces. As you release negativity and heaviness from your body, mind, and soul, this process helps to remove stagnant or negative energies from your environment as well. The intention behind this Limpia is to create space for high vibrations, inviting in creativity, peace, and positive energy.

I know it can be challenging to express yourself and speak your truth, and I truly believe it takes great courage to do so. Así como nos limpiamos a nosotros mismos con una Limpia, también es importante limpiar las energías en nuestros espacios. Al liberar la negatividad y la pesadez de tu cuerpo, mente y alma, este proceso también ayuda a remover las energías estancadas o negativas de tu entorno. La intención detrás de esta Limpia es crear un espacio para vibraciones altas, invitando a la creatividad, la paz y la energía positiva.
