*Limpias - Spiritual Cleansing*
Limpia sessions are a sacred and traditional way to cleanse and heal your spirit. As you prepare to release what no longer serves you, these ceremonies help you reconnect with your spirit, ground your body, and reclaim your true self. Limpias are especially powerful for easing feelings of heaviness, anxiety, and emotional blockages. Please note that Limpias can sometimes bring up deep emotions or memories. This is part of the healing process, allowing you to let go of negative thoughts and fears. My intention is to support you on your journey of self-love and liberation. Each session is guided by traditional practices, including smudging, herbal water made from plants and flowers, and other sacred elements such as songs, prayers, or personal items you may wish to bring. Your Limpia ceremony will begin with a brief conversation to make sure you feel comfortable and informed about the process.
Las sesiones de Limpia son una forma sagrada y tradicional de limpiar y sanar tu espíritu. Al prepararte para soltar lo que ya no te sirve, estas ceremonias te ayudan a reconectar con tu espíritu, a arraigar tu cuerpo y a reclamar tu verdadero ser. Las Limpias son especialmente poderosas para aliviar sentimientos de pesadez, ansiedad y bloqueos emocionales. Just like we cleanse ourselves with a Limpia, it’s also important to clear the energies in our spaces. As you release negativity and heaviness from your body, mind, and soul, this process helps to remove stagnant or negative energies from your environment as well. The intention behind this Limpia is to create space for high vibrations, inviting in creativity, peace, and positive energy.

La intención detrás de esta Limpia es crear un espacio para vibraciones altas, invitando a la creatividad, la paz y la energía positiva.
